HAEWON Machinery & Engineering co.,Ltd
Haewon P&G was established with the purpose of developing chrome plating technologies to enhance the durability of ring grooves on engine piston crowns for large ships.
Whereas conventional plating methods require immersing the entire piston crown in a bath, the Soo-Yeol PPS method, developed by Haewon P&G, allows for partial plating, resulting in an extremely efficient plating system.
Compared to conventional methods, the Soo-Yeol PPS method is far more environmentally friendly in its design. The system also provides workers with an extremely clean and hazard-free working environment, and is able to shorten working times. In short, the Soo-Yeol PPS method has allowed Haewon P&G to greatly improve processing and product quality. It is the pride of Haewon P&G and a true revolutionary development in chrome plating technology.

The Soo-Yeol PPS method is completely different from other methods and is environmentally friendly in its design.
The Soo-Yeol PPS method focuses on providing workers with a clean and hazard-free work environment.
The system is able to enhance product quality and shorten work time.
This makes the system a revolutionary innovation in the chrome plating industry.
The system was developed with the aim of improving chrome plating technologies to enhance the durability of ring grooves on engine piston crowns for large ships.
Whereas conventional plating methods require immersing the entire piston crown in a bath, the Soo-Yeol PPS method, developed by Haewon P&G, is an extremely efficient plating system that allows for partial plating.
Advantage over conventional systems
Soo-Yeol PPS requires only a single tank that is one tenth of the size of the tanks used by conventional systems.
In conventional systems, a single rectifier is used for small-volume production.
The Soo-Yeol PPS system, however, allows for production at higher volumes.
